Lynda Carter, an American actress and singer famous for her portrayal of Wonder Woman in the 1970s television series of the same as the name. Through her career she has appeared in various TV and films. Her name is a symbol for pop culture. Her long-running career as an actor has been further enhanced by her directing as well as acting on several highly rated CBS TV specials on network television, many of which have earned Emmy Award nominations.
